This about sums up Lily's moods after nap time...not so pleasant. Went to work today and then over to the Nelson's for dinner. So great to be around good friends and to have them enjoy your family instead of thinking of them as a burden.

We took the kids rock climbing for the first time today and had a great time. They did great and it was awsome to see Chris teaching them something that he loves. The other great things was to see both of the kids do more than they thought they could and accomplish what they set out to do.

Lily slept for the first time today in her big girl bed. She did well the first night. I can't believe that she is getting so big! She was trying to climb out of her crib so even though I wasn't ready, she was. I have to say the decorating is a lot of fun and it was great to be able to go shopping with her, its only going to get better!

Little bit of a rough day today. I continue to be in a lot of pain and there have been insurance mix ups and faxing issues that have made it so I am not able to get the test done that could lead to me finally figuring what is going on. I am just ready for all of this to be over. It is heartbreaking when all your son prays for at night is for 'mommy's tummy to feel better."

Our kids are nuts, I hadn't realized how big Jackson has gotten. We also looked at two schools today and are trying to figure out if he should go to Kindergarten or go to preschool another year. His birthday is close to the cutoff, and now that Realms is closing it is a hard decision. Everything is so expensive, and we are looking for schools for Lily as well. We obviously did not think about having two kids in preschool at the same time. At least when they are in college they have financial aid and scholorships but some of the schools we are looking at are 10,000$ a year, that is more a month than our mortgage!

I love sleeping kids. They look so peaceful. Jackson is great when he sleeps because he doesn't hear or move at all. Lily however tends to wake up quickly so you can't spy on her too much. This last week it has been hard with Lily as she has been getting her 2 year old molars and beeng crying in her sleep quite a bit, which doesn't seem to wake her up, but definitly has been disturbing mine.

It seems like Jackson and lily are finally starting to get along better. They definitly still have a lot of moments through out the day but overall they are starting to act like they might actually like eachother.

Ahhh painting. Lily was painting a dragon and Jackson painted a rainbow and houses and fire. I was not feeling good. I am so blessed to have Chris as a husband who takes care of me and the kids. Also glad to have great co workers who wil fill in for me on short notice.

We went tubing up in park city today to get out of the smog. They had this little pony ride type set up for the little tubes and Lily rode for about a half hour straight and almost fell asleep. Too cute!

A light dusting of snow fell today and made a really cool pattern in some of our weeds-thought it was pretty cool looking. Also had gymnastics today and Chris had half the day off so we ran some errands and went over to Jenni and Jason's again and had some dinner. Overall good day!

Me and Lily went to our first mommy and me music class after the Christmas Break today. We have been going to these since Jackson was 3 months old and it has been great for both of their verbal skills along with their internal rhythm. Plus how fun is it to play peek a boo?

Baby Juniper was born today!!!! She weighed 7 pounds 12 ounces and was 21 inches long. Jenni was such a trooper and did an amazing all natural birth. I feel like my little sister is a mom and as cheesy as it sounds I am just so proud of her and can't wait to see both of them as the years go on. Yay team Giron!!!!

We took the kids skating for the first time today. Well I took pictures and Chris and uncle Skylar did the carrying. They both loved it and didn't want to stop.....so Jackson might be getting lessons this winter we'll see.

Jackson's first day back to school after the break. Everyone was a little out of focus but we made it and he had a great day. I also started my new schedule at work and really enjoy my Tuesday shift. Overall a good day :)

Jazz vs. Nuggets-they played horribly and we didn't get to go out for dinner but it was a fun time with the ball and chain. Its good to get out.
